Proportionate limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, the total liability of glowstageki for any claim arising from your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to access the site in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling if no payment has been made. This limitation applies to all losses including indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnity

If any provision is found to be invalid the remaining terms continue in full force.
